Yoga is uniting the higher Self with your body for optimal wellness and beauty of living!

Our Philosophy:
One Yoga One offers a complete yoga experience, drawing from some of the richest yoga traditions in America:
Kriplalu (meaning compassion and self-love in Sanskrit)
Anusara (meaning “flowing with grace” in Sanskrit)
Ashtanga (focused on structure and displine)
At One Yoga One at Your Prescription For Health, we apply the 8 limbs of classical Hatha Yoga toward the transformation of all aspects of the self. In our classes, the body is a sacred doorway to well-being. Teachers guide the yoga asanas, or postures, with the understanding that each pose is an expression of the divine, of the creative forces of life, and of radiant health.
One Yoga One at Your Prescription For Health is a safe, loving, and encouraging environment, gentle and non-judgmental, for students to strive for the ultimate well-being of the body, mind, spirit. We want to be part of your fuller, healthier, and more beautiful life, in which self-advancement, realization, and healing come in equal measure with fun, pleasure, and joy.
Hatha yoga practice is using your body as a sacred doorway to spiritual, emotional, and physical health. At its essence, is a practice of energy, through conscious awareness, to creat space inside the body for energy to be felt, moved, cultivated and transformed to arrive at optimum health, and sense of wellbeing.
Inspired by Kripalu and Anausara yoga, Patsy's classes incorporates breath awareness, a posture clinic segment to improve body alignment, and a posture flow to build fitness and stamina, and achieve a peaceful meditative state. After each class, you can expect to feel physically great and mentally centered. After a few months, you can expect major changes in your physical and emotional wellbeing: balance, poise, grace, and vitality. You will also discover new things about your body and your self as you pursue yoga, the science of self-awareness.
